This is a CD-rom database located on a separate server. To access it, you need to have a Citrix client installed on your computer; in most cases the client is included in the computer’s standard range. You can check whether you have Citrix on your computer by selecting Start > Settings > Control Panel > Programs and Functions.
If you already have the client installed and a message appears saying that the program has “compatibility problems” and “is not compatible with this version of Windows” you need to update the client to a more recent version.
This database only functions with the Citrix Receiver v.11.6 client on a Mac. If you have a more recent version on your Mac, you must uninstall Citrix Receiver, restart your computer and then follow the instructions for downloading 'Citrix online plug-in – web' for Windows and Mac on LU Desktop.
For PC users, any Citrix Receiver version will work, but if you should run into problems anyway (e.g. blank screen) you should change your settings for Citrix in Firefox. Go to LU Desktop in Firefox and follow the instructions in the guide.
